Please take a moment to review the following guidelines before booking a room or using any of our services at Erolviainn Casino Hotels. In order to use any of Erolviainn services or activities, confirm your reservation, enter our building, or agree to these terms and conditions.
1. The minimum age is
To keep the casino safe and legal, all patrons must be at least 21 years old to enter and utilise its facilities. Lounges, gaming floors, and any promotions or events held in off-limits locations are all included in this.
A legitimate photo ID from the government is required when you arrive and may be requested at any time while you are there.
While they are not permitted in gaming areas, visitors under 21 are permitted in non-casino areas as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
2. Reservations & Cancellations:
All reservations are subject to availability at Krotavey and are only confirmed after a legitimate deposit or payment details are received.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the time of check-in.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours prior to arrival may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay or more, depending on the type of reservation.
No-shows will be billed the full amount of the reservation, unless your booking policy specifies otherwise.
For the exact terms governing your reservation, we suggest that you review the email you received upon confirmation.
3. Gaming Policy:
We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and creating a fun and secure environment for all guests.
It is advised that guests gamble sensibly and within their means.
Management has the authority to prohibit service, limit wagering, or restrict access to gaming areas if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
For those who require assistance, our Guest Services or Responsible Gaming teams can establish self-exclusion or voluntary limits.
Our first concern is your well-being, and we think that entertainment should be thoughtfully provided.
4. Guests’ Conduct:
Respect for the staff, the facilities, and other guests is expected of all visitors to Erolviainn, which upholds the highest standards of hospitality.
Harassment of staff members or other guests, including aggressive behaviour and disparaging remarks, will not be tolerated.
In addition to being evicted from the property, visitors who are found to be stealing, damaging, or engaging in any other unlawful behaviour may also be reported to the local government.
Certain sections of the casino, VIP lounges, and dining areas might have dress codes. Please follow any posted signage or any instructions given by our concierge.
In the event of misbehaviour, we reserve the right to cancel reservations or refuse service.
5. Accountability & Security:
Because we are concerned about your safety, we take all necessary precautions to guarantee a secure environment.
But if personal property is lost, damaged, or stolen while left unattended in a public or private area, Erolviainn is not liable.
We strongly recommend using the hotel’s secure front desk storage or the in-room safes for valuables like currency, jewellery, and passports.
While visitors are protected by surveillance systems in key locations, personal attention is also encouraged.
6. Changes to the Terms:
Changes to these terms and conditions could occur at any time and without warning. Updates might be made to take into account changes to the law, hotel policies, or services.
